What is an AI Audit?

Our AI Audit is a short, collaborative process designed to understand how your business operates day-to-day - especially the tasks your team currently spends the most time on.

As part of the audit, I’ll run a few short 1:1 interviews with team members. These conversations will be recorded (if that’s okay), and I’ll ask simple questions like:

• “What do you do day-to-day?”
• “What’s the most repetitive or frustrating part of your job?”
• “If you could wave a magic wand and remove one task - what would it be?”

The goal is to free the team up from manual, boring tasks so they can focus on more enjoyable, valuable work.

After the audit, we will go over everything we’ve gathered, and you’ll receive a clear report outlining:

• A Systems Map showing where time is spent and which workflows are slowing the business down
• A Quick Wins Playbook of high-impact automations you can implement immediately to save time and reduce manual work
• A Custom AI Roadmap that outlines your best opportunities to modernise and simplify operations using AI
